Kathy Starkoff, Founder, President and CEO
Kathy is a trusted advisor on complex matters of IT strategy, large scale change and risk management to senior leaders across a wide range of industries that include Higher Education, Fortune 500 companies and the National Science Foundation. Her ability to provide valuable counsel is a result of her CIO and CTO experience, managing global teams, in industry-leading organizations, both public and private, including The Ohio State University, Limited Brands, and the Bank One Corporation.
Ms. Starkoff is a recognized "Leadership Fellow" and a featured cyber security speaker for the National Association of Corporate Directors. She is board chair of Flying Horse Farms, which provides transformative camp experiences for seriously ill children. The organization is part of Paul Newman’s SeriousFun Children’s Network, for which she is also a board director. She holds a master's degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University, and a bachelor's of science degree, cum laude, in mathematics from Kent State University.

Linda Goodspeed, Executive Advisor
Linda brings over 30 years of experience leading engineering and technology teams at Nissan, Ford, GE, Lennox International, and ServiceMaster. She was President and COO of the technology start-up company Partminer, Inc. and WealthStrategies Investment Advisors, LLC and has held positions ranging from President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information and Technology Officer, Chief Supply Chain Logistics Officer, and Mergers and Acquisition Leader.
Ms. Goodspeed sits on the boards of directors of American Electric Power, AutoZone, and Columbus McKinnon. She has experience serving on the Nuclear Oversight, Audit, Compensation, Governance, and Policy Committees. Linda expertise lies with IT strategy alignment to business needs, enterprise risk management, M&A technology integration strategy, cyber security strategy and compliance in the areas of SOX and PCI, IT outsourcing transition strategy and execution, supplier risk management, and product development risk containment. Ms. Goodspeed earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
